Privacy Notice

Your information. Handled with care.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Trust is central to our work. This notice explains how TAT Consulting Group, Inc. and the TAT entity providing your service (“TAT”, “we” or “us”) collect, use and share personal information when you visit our website, use our recruitment and professional development portals, or engage our services in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

At a glance: We use information to deliver services, manage recruitment and learning, communicate with you and meet our obligations. We do not sell your personal information. For privacy questions or requests, contact frontdesk@tatconsg.com.

1. Information we collect

The information we handle depends on how you interact with TAT. It may include:

  • Contact and account details: your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role and information you provide when making an enquiry or creating a portal profile.

  • Recruitment information: your CV, profession, qualifications, skills, work history, location, employment preferences, applications, interview arrangements, assessments and correspondence. Employers and recruiters may provide vacancy details, salary ranges, selection requirements and recruitment records.

  • Learning and staff information: course requests, approvals, attendance, progress and feedback, and employment or assignment records where relevant to an authorised service.

  • Client service information: financial, tax, payroll, business and supporting records needed for an agreed advisory or managed service engagement.

  • Website and technical information: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions and timestamps collected through the website and its service providers.

We receive information directly from you, from authorised employers, clients or representatives, and from service providers involved in delivering the service. Please provide accurate information and only share another person’s details when you are authorised to do so. Avoid sending identity documents, health information or other sensitive records through general enquiry forms unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries; deliver tax, financial, business advisory and staff managed services; administer accounts; process job applications; coordinate interviews and offers; manage training requests and TAT approvals; provide service notifications; maintain records; improve website performance; and address security, legal and regulatory requirements.

Where applicable law requires a basis for processing, this may include your consent, steps needed to provide an agreed service or respond to your request, legal obligations, or legitimate operational interests, subject to applicable safeguards. A separate engagement agreement or specific privacy notice may provide further details for a particular service.

3. Recruitment and professional development portals

Creating a candidate profile does not make you a TAT employee or an assigned staff member, and applying does not guarantee an interview, offer or placement. Application information may be accessed by TAT and the relevant employer, recruiter or authorised hiring team to administer the recruitment process. Profile discovery and access depend on the portal’s available controls and the permissions applicable to the service.

Recruitment records may include status updates, interview feedback and hiring correspondence. Employers and recruiters receiving information are responsible for their own handling of that information and may have separate privacy notices. Training information is used to review participation requests, communicate TAT approval decisions, arrange delivery and maintain learning records. Relevant information may be shared with an authorised trainer or course provider as needed to deliver the course.

4. Messages, job alerts and your preferences

We may send account confirmations, application acknowledgements, interview updates, course communications and other messages needed to operate a service you use. Optional candidate job alerts, saved talent-search alerts and marketing messages follow the relevant preferences and subscription choices.

You can manage available alert settings in the portal, including pausing or deleting saved alerts, or contact us for assistance. Use an unsubscribe link where provided to stop marketing emails. Changing optional subscriptions does not necessarily stop essential account or application messages. Automated reminders and matching alerts support administration; an alert is not a hiring decision or a promise of employment.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the TAT personnel and entities involved in your service; relevant employers, recruiters, hiring managers and training providers; and providers supporting hosting, authentication, email, storage and other service operations. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to lawful requests, protect rights, investigate misuse or resolve disputes.

Our corporate website is hosted by Squarespace. Linked portals, account sign-in services, email services and other third-party tools may operate under their own privacy terms. Information submitted directly to those services is also subject to their policies. Links to government bodies, news sources and social platforms lead to independent websites.

6. Cookies and website analytics

Our website and its providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember settings and, where enabled, understand visitor activity. Squarespace may process technical and usage information to host the site and provide analytics. Embedded content and third-party links may involve additional data collection by the relevant provider.

You can use your browser settings to manage cookies and any cookie preference controls displayed on the website. Restricting cookies may affect some functions. For provider details, see Squarespace’s Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. Security, storage and retention

We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including service delivery, recruitment administration, record-keeping, legal requirements and the handling of disputes. Retention varies by record type and applicable obligations. A deletion request may therefore be subject to information we must lawfully retain.

TAT operates across Liberia and Sierra Leone and uses technology providers that may process information in other countries. Where applicable, we take steps required by law for cross-border handling. The laws and protections in another country may differ from those where you live.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, you may be able to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of use, or withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent. You may also raise a concern about how we handle your information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may limit a service that requires the information.

Email frontdesk@tatconsg.com with the subject “Privacy request”, identify the website, portal or service concerned, and explain your request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. Do not email passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements and explain any relevant limitations.

9. Updates to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect changes to our services, practices or applicable requirements. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice of a material change.
